Also known as Binan Koukou Chikyuu Boueibu LOVE!

Genres: Slice of Live, Comedy, Parody, Magic, School

Overall Rating: 6.25

I am no huge fan of parody animes, I don’t find them interesting, funny or amusing. Hence my rating might come as low to some people. But it’s really not.

I did enjoy watching this anime, it reminded me of Sailor Moon (which I loved) but with bishounen instead of bishoujo. We had the magical boys with their almost stupid transformations, we had the “monsters” which were originally people and we had the villains that were responsible for them.

What I liked about this anime are the characters. Although they are far from being original, they were well developed, each one had his own story. So I really liked that. My favorite character out of all of them showed up in season 3 (why so late…)

Kyoutarou Shuzenji was the perfect MC for me. He was just so relaxed and not caring about a thing, at least it seemed that way. He did things with no effort at all. It kind of reminded me of Tanaka-kun from Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge, but a sexier version of him.

Th other thing I liked was the soundtrack for the most part of the show. Not that is was something spectacular but it fit the anime really well. I think I liked the opening and ending songs for the last season the most.

The story…well I can’t say much about it. It was as good as I expected for a parody anime. The fact that it was all the same throughout the seasons annoyed me a bit, cause I was craving for some change in the hero-villains relationship…And the third season was an almost complete copy of the first season but with more fan service in it, which I really, really appreciated…If it was a yaoi anime I would have probably enjoyed it a lot more but alas…

I can’t really recommend this anime but it was fun and fast to finish. If you give it a try, please give a comment and share your opinion about it ^.^

私のブログへようこそ

Hello and thanks for checking out my excuse of a blog!

I won’t take too much of your time, don’t you worry. This blog is primarily made for me to follow the progress of the too many anime challenges I am part of on other platforms…only one platform actually which is MAL.

This blog may or may not be updated frequently depending on the mood I’m in, and may expand in time and include other interesting posts like reviews and I don’t know what else…news may be?…

If you are interested in my anime likes, dislikes and rambling you can stay tuned for more posts to come.

Any questions and messages are quite welcome.

I have no reason to take part in the Absurd and Unreasonable real world. —
